I’m a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I understand that there are many, many people who have questions about the Mormon religion and who search online to find the answers.  I wanted to make a simple, yet informative, website where some of these basic questions can be answered.

Elder M. Russell Ballard, one of the Twelve Apostles, encouraged Mormon members to share their faith with others online.  He said:

There are conversations going on about the Church constantly. Those conversations will continue whether or not we choose to participate in them. But we cannot stand on the sidelines while others, including our critics, attempt to define what the Church teaches. While some conversations have audiences in the thousands or even millions, most are much, much smaller. But all conversations have an impact on those who participate in them.

The Internet is full of wonderful information, yet there are also many people who claim to be “experts” on the Mormon religion who actually have little first-hand knowledge at all.  If you want correct and factual information, I’d encourage you to seek out a member of the Mormon faith to answer the questions you might have rather than simply relying on many of the inaccuracies that unfortunately abound.

Certainly, I haven’t addressed everything about the Mormon religion on this website.  To do so would be a monumental task indeed!  However, if you have questions that aren’t answered here or if you need more clarification, feel free to send me a message.  I’ll get back to you soon and do my best to answer the questions that you have as clearly as I can.
